SACU/ UNCTAD Workshop on Article 40 & 41, 25 – 27 February 2008, Windhoek, Namibia
UNCTAD who has been engaged to assist the Secretariat in the area of unfair trade practices have completed work on a first draft of an Annex to Article 40 of the SACU Agreement. The Trade and Industry Technical Liaison Committee (TLC) will have a Workshop where UNCTAD can present this work to SACU for the first time, before it is to be finalized for consideration by the Trade and Industry TLC, Commission and Council.
The workshop will be hosted by the Secretariat in Windhoek, Namibia.
