The Secretariat intends to modernise its physical security infrastructure by replacing the existing legacy system with a unified, biometric-based Access Control and Video Surveillance System at the SACU Headquarters located in Windhoek, Namibia. To this end, the Secretariat invites suitably qualified vendors to supply, install, and commission a standards-compliant access control system, along with accompanying biometric hardware, surveillance devices, and centralised management software.
