82^nd Meeting of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee

The Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC) held its 82^nd Meeting in Cape Town, South Africa on 21 June 2026 and deliberated on key financial, risk and governance matters. The meeting was chaired by Dr Sayed Timuno, the Secretary for Macroeconomic and Financial Policy at the Ministry of Finance of Botswana, who underscored the importance of the FRAC’s work in ensuring sound governance, accountability and fiduciary oversight. FRAC considered a range of statutory and governance-related matters, including the Management Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 March 2026, the Risk Management Report for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 as well as the External Audit Strategy for the 2025/26 Financial Year.
